Renovating an entire house is overwhelming, but walking into Romano’s and having everything we needed in one place made the whole process so much easier. Being able to see how all the pieces worked together—and purchase them together—made it so efficient. They’re absolute experts in their products, and the design guidance from Georgie was incredibly helpful. We picked a tile, bought it, changed our minds… and the team just got on with helping us select another. They helped by bringing in some samples, then more samples, and we eventually settled on the perfect tile. They even helped us sell the original purchase. All of this was done with endless patience, zero judgement, and a genuine understanding that renovations are never a straight line. They truly go above and beyond. Absolute legends, every one of them. Thank you all for everything you did to help us through—it's so deeply appreciated. I’ll update with photos once it’s all finished!

Wonderful customer service and help with designing our dream bathroom. We used to always buy our tiles here when they were just Romano Tiles but now they have everything you could need which is a big time saver. The showroom is gorgeous! The Italian tiles we purchased are so nice, (even our builders were commenting on how great they were), and the bathroom products are top quality designer. The prices were very competitive and they were great with storing our purchases after a delay with our building. Definitely our first stop for any future home renos.

I had a great experience at Ramono Indoor and Outdoor Solutions. I found the most amazing terrazzo tiles for our bathroom that were 100 times nicer than any of the terrazzo tiles I had seen in the numerous inner-city tile stores I visited. Simon was also very easy to deal with. He was a great communicator, responded promptly to all of my inquiries and kept me up to date with any changes that occurred in regards to shipment times. I will definitely return to Romano to buy the tiles for my next big project - our outdoor patio. It is worth the drive!
